I made the reservation after arriving in Siem Reap (the day before). After booking, our guide, Sarak, confirmed the pickup location, time, and advance ticket purchase details via WhatsApp, so I was able to arrive at the destination with peace of mind. On the day, I arrived with plenty of time to spare. After watching the sunrise, I was given detailed explanations of the history of the area as we toured the various sites, and I think he was a great guide. What can I honestly say, such an unreal experience! Our guide, Voath was an absolute treasure. He had such an amazing enthusiasm to him and the whole tour was so special. His detailed knowledge of not only the temples but also the history of Cambodia and the Khmer Empire was unparalleled. 10 out of 5. We had an amazing experience with Mr. Sam and Mr. Theara as driver. They know they’re stuff, very friendly and willing to take a lot of pictures in the right spot: The van was impeccable, the services always with water and a towel to clean yourself after every visit.
