The departure point was indicated correctly. The bus was comfortable, and the staff was excellent. We were seated immediately. The audio guide worked perfectly. It was clear what was being said. Everything is convenient, the only difficulty is getting them: they don't give them out at many of the counters indicated in the instructions. We were only able to get them at the metro entrance, after going through some steps and being questioned by the staff. It would be more convenient if there was a map showing how to get to the pickup points and where they are located.

You can't survive in Singapore without this card. It can be used to pay for travel, in stores, and even at McDonald's. You can buy it at the airport, but this is more reliable. Just show the QR code and get it at the counter at the airport exit.
