We had such a fun and great day! Our guide, Philip, was so, so, so nice, he’s actually the reason why I’m writing this review. He speaks really good English and regularly checked in with us throughout the day to ensure that we’re okay and enjoying the activity. He’s was also our ski instructor which was a good surprise. Anyway, this is highly recommended! My family had a great time.★

It was an amazing experience! Our guide — a fresh-faced young man in an orange shirt (I can’t remember his name) — spoke excellent English. When he realized we weren’t very fluent, he slowed down to make sure we understood.
As complete beginners, we kept falling and ended up sore all over. And of course — if you fall, you have to get up by yourself… because people there are impressively cold-hearted. No one is going to help you up — not even a hand, not even eye contact. Truly builds character. 🥲★

We were guided by Ms Sookhee, she was very warm and patience. I told the agency that I will be late and she waited until she found me. And the tour was soooo much fun (took some photos) , and I learnt so much about the history of South Korea. It wasn’t too fast nor dragging. She was very considerate asking us if we are cold or how we were. I will definitely book with her again if I get the chance in the future.
