Easy booking. Everything went smoothly. Need to go Batam Fast ferry counter to exchange boarding passes. It is fast and reliable.

The cabin environment was impeccable—very clean, tidy, and comfortable. However, it's true that some people vomit when the waves are rough, which is quite normal. My travel companion vomited too.
Reviews: Singapore Tourist Pass (Unlimited Public Transportation + Attraction / F&B Discounts)
Guest User2026-03-17
I bought a Singapore Tourist Card before my trip, but I ended up not using it as much as I'd planned. Let me tell you how it really was. Getting the card was really convenient. I ordered it online and picked it up on the MRT without any hassle. No lines, everything was quick and easy. It's nice that you can choose a validity period from 1 to 5 days—I got it for 3, thinking I'd be riding the MRT and buses a lot. But in reality, we ended up getting around mostly by taxi through Grab. In Singapore, it's not as expensive as it seems, especially if you're traveling in a group or during off-peak hours. Plus, with air conditioning, speed, and the fact they take you right to your destination, it was more comfortable for me than going down the MRT and looking for the right exits. In the end, I only used the card a couple of times: I took the MRT to Chinatown and a couple of buses. What I liked: When I did use the card, it worked perfectly. Unlimited rides throughout the day, no need to top up, just tap and go.
