1. According to the activity company's policy, the minimum group size for the time slot you booked on the day must reach 4 people to proceed. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the activity company will cancel the trip on the same day. Please be aware of this.
2. If traveling together, all passengers must be booked in the same order. Separate bookings cannot guarantee that travelers will be arranged together by the operator.
The snow landing typically lasts 10–15 minutes. If landing conditions are not permitted on the day of travel (rarely occurs), the pilot will choose to land elsewhere for safety reasons. Please be advised!

5. In winter, roads in the Mount Cook area are prone to snow accumulation, black ice, or even closures. Self-driving travelers should check local weather and road conditions in advance.
6. You need to arrive and check in 45 minutes before your final booked time slot.
