3. The check-in time is 15:00. If you arrive early, you can go to the front desk to complete the following procedures: check-in; exchange/purchase tickets; store luggage - enter the park; check-out time is before 12:00 noon.

5. The name of the guest making the reservation must be the same as the name checking in, and a valid ID card must be provided upon check-in.

[Booking Rules]
1. Once confirmed, all hotel room reservations cannot be changed or cancelled, and no refunds will be given. Because hotel rooms are time-limited, the hotel promises to reserve the room until the guest arrives on the day. If the guest does not check in on time, the room will not be transferred to other guests without reason, resulting in the hotel room being vacant. All guest reservation fees will be charged as usual and will not be refunded. Please read the hotel product details carefully before placing an order.
2. When booking hotel products, you must provide a real and valid name and contact number of the person staying. If the check-in information is wrong or incomplete, and the contact information is inaccurate, and we cannot confirm the accurate check-in information with you in advance, resulting in the guest being unable to check in or suffering losses, our store and the hotel will not accept refunds and will not be held liable.
3. According to relevant national laws and regulations, if the itinerary is affected by force majeure, the hotel will assist you in resolving the issue, but will not bear the corresponding losses. If any additional expenses are incurred as a result, please bear them by yourself.

Except for the tickets for the big circus: one ticket per person is required to watch the circus, and children accompanied by you need to purchase separate tickets for admission
