We had a great time on the tour. The guide/driver Florence was very professional and fun. Gave a lot of good information as well as got us to all of the sites efficiently.

We had the most amazing day with Andrea! Etna was spectacular and worth the pain I will felt in my legs the next day. Im not an experienced hiker and our guide was very patient with my slow ascent. The provision of hiking poles was a great help. Andrea has so much knowledge and he took the whole thing to another level with his insights. I am a plant lover and he was able to answer so many questions for me. The cave was scary but exciting. The gorge was amazing and the water invigorating to paddle in. Lunch at the Emilio Sciacca Etna winery was wonderful 😋 and the view from there was beautiful.

Corrado was an excellent and knowledgable guide who tailored the experience to what we were interested in seeing. He picked us up from our accommodation and made us feel comfortable from the start. The trip itself was amazing - Etna was incredible and the winery was special. If I could recommend one tour whilst in Scilly, it would definitely be this one!

We were picked up punctually in Syracuse by our guide, Giuseppe Barbagallo. He quickly drove us in his nine-seater van up to about 2,000 meters on Mount Etna. There, we could decide whether we wanted to take the cable car up to about 2,500 meters. The extra cost was well worth it for this experience. Giuseppe took care of organizing the tickets for us. At the top of Etna, we were handed over to another guide who led us, along with a few other tourists, for about an hour through the black lava desert. On the way back, Giuseppe showed us a small lava cave under strict safety precautions. He knows a lot about volcanology and speaks excellent English. The wine tasting at an old winery was delicious, and the people there were incredibly friendly and relaxed. It was a wonderful end to our trip to Mount Etna, and we highly recommend this experience.

We were only a small group of four, probably because the weather forecast wasn't good. Our friendly guide, Federico, took us by minibus to the Rifugio Sapienza and took us on a leisurely hike to about 2,000 meters. He had a lot of interesting things to say about Etna and the history of its eruptions, and he patiently answered our questions. The wind was too strong for the summit option that day. The rain waited until we got back to the car. Afterward, we visited a winery with a small tasting and shopping opportunity, and finally, we visited a lava cave. Overall, a very successful day trip.
