What a wonderful trip! We were lucky enough to see the glass-bottomed sea at almost every stop. The captain and guide adjusted the order of our visits to each spot based on crowds. For snorkeling, we even got to ride a glass-bottomed boat, where the boat driver took us to less crowded, clearer areas to see the fish. I highly recommend the water slides; I went five times. Wearing a life jacket kept me safe. The crew was always on hand to monitor the situation and ask if anyone needed help. We encountered some minor issues on our morning departure, and the owner patiently helped resolve them. The Twin Mirror boat we took was new and fast. Most of the people on board were foreigners, but we had a Chinese-speaking guide, so there were no worries. Overall, it was a truly five-star experience.★

The trip was absolutely wonderful, not just because of the stunning beauty of Phi Phi Island, but also because of the amazing tour guiding staff. The guide, whose name I believe was Suraya or Somya, was such a wonderful lady, friendly, kind, and full of positive energy. The whole boat team was incredibly helpful and made everyone feel comfortable throughout the journey.
Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish , from the warm welcome to the smooth sailing and the delicious onboard refreshments. My favorite part was definitely the snorkeling , the crystal-clear water and colorful marine life were truly unforgettable.
Thank you to the entire team for making this trip so special! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Phuket , you’ll not only see paradise, but also meet some of the kindest people. 💙🌺🐠★

We loved it, this half day attraction is suitable for preschoolers kids. We went to three island similar as it described. The fisry island they gave us some snacks for feed the cats we spent one hour. The second island is just snorkelling so we didn’t do it because of kids. Specially this day was raining and so dark the sea so can’t see anything. Spent 20 mins. And the last island the better one only 40 mins. Not enough for the kids because we saw the fishes different colours but so little time. They calculate the time basing when we arrived but we didn’t drop off yet. So estimated time less than 30 mins. But I recommended for family and kids 100%. Only the itinerary they described maybe they can change it so can spend more time with the last island. Or can sail before 9:30 am. Because we sailed at 10:00 am is not too much time. It was raining hard and thunder just when we get inside the speed boat but when arrived to island stop raining.★

Although it was raining, snorkeling was not affected at all. When you go to Hong Island, you must climb the stairs to the 360-degree viewing platform, the scenery is unbeatable★

Great day out, even though it felt rushed in places and too long in others. Would have loved to have stayed longer snorkelling as it was an amazing experience, having never done it before. Crowds were super busy at Railay beach and the sand bank between the 2 islands. Our tour guide was super friendly (orchid) and the other staff were professional. Got chatting to another solo traveller, so we hung out together. All the other people stayed in their own little cliques but were friendly enough, maybe a language barrier? Food and drinks were provided which was a good touch. A bonus was that weather was sunny all day despite predicted rain in the wet season, ignore the forecasts! Recommended.★

This trip to Phuket with my parents was absolutely fantastic!
Because my father is elderly, many cruise trips are unavailable. Fortunately, we found this thoughtful travel agency on Ctrip. The customer service was exceptional. They asked in detail about my father's health during our first conversation. After confirming the booking, Linda even set up a group chat. They provided pre-trip reminders, checked in the morning to see if the car had picked us up, and even provided a follow-up visit at the end. Every step really impressed me.
I was also very satisfied with the service provided by the large ship company. Our guide, an elderly grandfather, was incredibly attentive to each and every one of our guests. With international tourists on board, he provided explanations in both Chinese and English, paying special attention to my father's health. His attentiveness was truly heartwarming and thoughtful. The guide and crew also took numerous photos for us, leaving us with precious memories.
The scenery of Phang Nga Bay is breathtaking, truly worthy of being a James Bond film location. The light and shadow effects of the karst caves are simply breathtaking. Exploring them from a kayak felt like stepping into a dream world.
All in all, this trip to Phuket was perfect. Thanks to the travel agency and the shipping company for their excellent service, our family had an unforgettable time.
