I had a great experience with tour guides Li Huixing and Liu Depeng this time. The meeting point was confirmed and some important information was provided via WeChat the night before. The day of the activity was purely sightseeing with no shopping stops, and the time was well-planned. The tour guides were very friendly and helpful. Guide Liu is very knowledgeable about history, and his afternoon tours of the Summer Palace and Old Summer Palace were excellent; highly recommended.★

The Ctrip customer service was patient and attentive; their suggestion to choose an earlier tour was spot-on, allowing ample time to catch the high-speed train. Tour guide Zhao Yingjie was thoughtful and professional, providing detailed and engaging commentary along the way, enriching the Great Wall experience and making me look forward to other attractions in Beijing.
