I boarded the train from Seoul Station. I was able to reserve my seat on the official website following the steps outlined on Trip.com (available in Japanese). I tapped the QR code on the ticket gate twice: when boarding at Seoul Station and when disembarking at Incheon Airport. Ticket gates at Seoul Station open 30 minutes to 3 minutes before departure. There were no announcements about when ticket gates open or close, so it's important to pay attention to the departure time (and ticket gate closing time).โ

I usually take AREX or regular trains to Seoul city, but this was my first time using a limousine bus! It's so convenient! There's a USB port at each seat, there are single seats, the seats are wide, and there's enough space in front and behind so you can recline. All you have to do is tell the driver your destination and leave your luggage, so it was really easy (*^^*)โ

The ticket exchange process went very smoothly. Even though I don't speak Korean, I just smiled, nodded, and showed my receipt to get the ticket. The Korean counter staff and the driver were also very polite! It was just that waiting outside in -10 degree weather was quite cold ๐โ

I purchased the same tour ticket through AirTrip last August, but the ticket exchange counter was closed on the day, and there was only a sign saying it was closed that day. My plans for the day were ruined, so I had to spend the day in Hongdae at short notice. I felt like crying and sorry for my family. Trip.com accurately reported that the tour was not running on August 15th. AirTrip refunded me, but I felt regretful thinking about the experience my family had this summer. Next time, I'd like to take my daughter on the Seoul City Bus Tour, since I wasn't able to see her last year.๎ฅ
