Please make your own way to the Peninsula Hotel Thiptara Restaurant
Business hours: 18:00-23:00 (last order 22:00)
Please present your voucher to the restaurant staff, who will guide you to your seat.
After the meal, you will be free to leave at the restaurant.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 09:00, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 09:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
The reservation confirmation email does not confirm your reservation. We will send you a separate reservation confirmation email, so please check the pickup location and time again. If you do not receive the reservation confirmation email within two days, it is possible that an error has occurred, so please contact us.
Applications and emails received after business hours will be considered received on the next business day. For inquiries outside of local business hours, please contact the emergency contact number at each branch.
Drinks accompanying meals are not included in the price unless otherwise stated. If you would like to have drinks, please order them separately at the restaurant.
Even after a reservation has been made, the product may be canceled or its contents may be changed due to force majeure such as local circumstances, weather, natural disasters, or strikes.
