The whole group is English communication, and the key information such as what time to get on the bus, etc. is very clear. There will be some small souvenirs after the end. The only suggestion is that when you arrive at Harstadt, if you don't want to see the town from the high-altitude perspective, don't take the cable car, because it takes physical strength and time to climb high.
