Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tickets

1. On your selected travel date and during the bus operation period, present the e-voucher provided by the supplier at the bus stop/service point/service personnel (including the driver) to exchange for your bus ticket and other physical tickets included in the package. Please keep your physical tickets safe. Then, begin your hop-on hop-off bus tour at the designated route stops.

 

 

2. One-way sightseeing boat ticket: Requires login to the app/website to download. Please carefully read the product details page/e-voucher content.

 

 

Notes:

 

 

1) Please identify the bus operator you purchased from and present your e-voucher to the operator's staff (including drivers) or service points for use.

 

 

2) After successful purchase, you will receive an electronic voucher from the supplier. Please download it in advance and have it ready before boarding to facilitate quick service from the staff.

 

 

3) Each booking only requires one guest's information, so the e-voucher for one booking will display details for one guest. The system automatically retrieves information from the "Contact Person" field. In such cases, please note that the name does not affect usage - just ensure you present all pages of the e-voucher when using it.

 

 

4. The bus does not operate 24 hours. Operating hours and frequency vary by route.

 

 

5) Before your trip, please check the official website for the operating hours, frequency, and departure times of each bus route to plan your itinerary accordingly.

 

 

6) If the station staff is temporarily unavailable, please wait for the next bus to arrive. The driver will assist you.

 

 

7) If you have any questions, please consult the service staff (including drivers) on-site or visit the service point at the terminal station for assistance.

 

 

8) Do not cut it close with the last train. If you arrive at the station after the last train has departed, you will not be able to board.
