The trip was amazing and went so quickly. Mark was a wonderful driver and very knowledgeable and very keen to share his knowledge. We learnt so much from the tour. The dark hedge hotel was a wonderful place to stop for lunch. The staff were waiting for us and it all went very smoothly and the food was very good and plentiful. Amazing tour with the Hairy Coo tour company. The guide was just amazing! Never have I ever met such knowledgeable person who can so utterly captivate with their storytelling abilities. I came to Scotland with very vague understanding of the Scottish history, especially considering the Jacobite history. After this tour I've finally gathered a lot of valuable information. Also this tour is considered the longest of day tours among others, so be prepared for it. However, you travel on a big comfortable bus and can easily observe the High Lands en route with a lot of stops for sightseeing in different locations. I absolutely recommend this tour and tour company.★

We set off early in the morning. The itinerary was quite packed; most of the sights were shown on the bus, with the driver providing commentary throughout. The tour ended with a boat trip back.
