Reviews: Day hike to Mount Daraitan with Tinipak River 2024

Local tour guide and our primary tour guide were so friendly and welcoming! We had great conversations going on the hike. The hike itself was really hard! Not for beginners because of how muddy and slippery it was.

Mari was very friendly a great tour guide and you can tell she really loves the place. I recommend the mango overload in the food tent but if you wanna get one for her, ask for less condensed milk ;) pro tip: drink it slowly so you don’t get brain freeze!
Reviews: Viva Old Manila: Intramuros Walking Tour
Guest User2026-02-03
I went on the tour with my partner and two cousins from New York. As midlifers, we were initially worried that the three-hour walking tour might be tiring, but it was well-paced. The early February weather was cool and overcast, which made the experience fun, comfortable, and enjoyable. Whether you were born and raised in the Philippines or are just visiting, our tour guide, Jonathan Floresca, shared new and meaningful insights about our history. It helped that he was extremely knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. I would gladly look for him again if my other relatives decide to tour Intramuros.
