The driver and staff were very humorous and enthusiastic. The sunrise from the hot air balloon during the inland flight was beautiful and a unique experience. The website mentioned having a flight certificate, but it wasn't actually provided. Also, only photos were provided; videos were only available for a fee or by leaving a review, which differed from what was stated on the booking confirmation.★
