Highlights
1. The ferries and all piers are wheelchair accessible, equipped with ramps and wheelchair-friendly areas.
2. Strollers, bicycles, surfboards, and other sports equipment are welcome on board.
3. The boat ticket will be verified by the crew on the day of sailing.
4. Please keep the exchanged physical ticket safe, as it cannot be reissued if lost.
5. All ferry operations are subject to weather conditions, passenger numbers, and Queensland health advice.
6. The operator reserves the right to change vessels or alter itineraries without prior notice.

8. For hygiene reasons, please do not consume food on board. However, all destinations offer a variety of picnic spots and dining options.
9. You may bring and consume non-alcoholic beverages on board. Water, soft drinks, beer, and wine are available for purchase on the ferry. There is a limit of two alcoholic drinks per person.
10. Toilets on board are for emergency use only. Each station is equipped with accessible toilets. Please note that the full round-trip journey takes 2 hours, and the ferry stops at each station for only a short time.
11. It is recommended to bring sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen.
12. The ferry is equipped with wide gangways and ramps suitable for wheelchairs and walkers. Additionally, handrails and tactile ground surface indicators are provided to assist with boarding.
13. If you need assistance, our friendly customer service team will be available to assist you at the start and end of your journey, such as at the Hopo information kiosk in Surfers Paradise and the Sea World Cruises Terminal at Main Beach.
14. Please wait for the ferry at a safe location away from the edge of the floating bridge. Park your mobility aid securely sideways, not facing the water.
While we cannot guarantee a quiet boat ride, we recommend booking an afternoon cruise as it is usually quieter at that time.
