The staff provided excellent service and were concerned about our safety. They advised us to report any problems immediately. There was a WeChat group with the driver where we could type in everything, but we had to use Chinese.

This time, for our trip to the botanical garden, the Dai ethnic garden, and the hike through the Baduo Rainforest in Jinuo Mountain, we used this same driver from Northeast China for both days. I don't know if it was just good luck, but this guy was incredibly warm, genuinely honest and straightforward, meticulous in his work, calm and patient, and a fantastic driver—smooth and steady. We're all prone to motion sickness, but this time none of us experienced it. Safety was our top priority. A sincere thumbs up to this driver! Originally, it was an SUV, but due to some reasons, we were upgraded to a legendary 7-seater G8. What a coincidence!

This day trip to the Xishuangbanna Botanical Garden and Dai Ethnic Garden was absolutely worth it! I especially want to praise our driver, "Tian Mi Xi," who accompanied us throughout the trip; his service exceeded my expectations! Because I was traveling with an elderly person, the driver shared a lot about the customs and culture of Xishuangbanna, as well as the history of the Dai people, making the entire journey quite enjoyable for them. At the Botanical Garden, we saw many unique plants. I also signed up for a guided tour with the same travel agency. The guide brought many unique seeds, and the itinerary was very well-planned.
