She was also very entertaining as she provided some history and talked about Japanese habits which made for a pleasant experience. Took us to areas that we have wanted to see and learned a lot of great information about them. I wish there were more things that our tour guide shared though. Ive been to other different tours and compared to others, there were a lot of silent moments during the bus ride. Most tour guides would take these moments to share more about the culture, facts about the city/country, even teach simple words in the Japanese language or simply have a fun conversation/interaction with the group.★

Winter days are short and the day gets dark early, so the itinerary was quite rushed. We arrived in Hakone in the morning and didn't get to visit the art museum. We rushed to Lake Yamanaka around 3 PM to take photos of Mount Fuji with its backlighting. The driver was a Chinese woman who had lived in Japan for over 20 years. She drove steadily and chatted with us the whole way, which was very nice. It was a small group of 9 people, but that day it was just our family of 4, which was great. 👍★

After several days of escalator and subway riding, it was a pleasure to escape Tokyo City and spend a day in Kamakura. Our tour guide Peter made the day even more enjoyable as he eased us through the packed day of wonderful attractions. A fabulous experience at such an affordable price ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
