Transfer time requirement: This is a key restriction. This product requires passengers to have at least 4.5–5 hours of actual free time in Xiamen (calculated from the time of landing and retrieving luggage until the boarding time of the next flight). It is strongly recommended to allow more time (e.g., over 6 hours) for a more comfortable experience. The supplier reserves the right to assess whether the service can be provided or adjust the service duration/content based on your actual flight schedule. Please ensure sufficient time is available before booking.
Baggage:
Passport and visa: If international transit (entering China) is involved, please ensure you have a valid Chinese visa (if required) and a compliant passport, and take responsibility for immigration procedures yourself. Guides and drivers are not responsible for immigration formalities.
SPA important notes:
Itinerary flexibility: The specific attractions and duration of the "mini tour" will be flexibly adjusted based on your actual layover time, road conditions on the day, attraction availability, and your personal preferences. The guide will communicate with you on-site to finalize the plan. The top priority is ensuring a safe and timely return to the airport.
Punctuality: Please meet the driver/guide at the agreed time. If the service time is shortened or cannot be completed due to the guest's own reasons (such as delayed baggage claim, slow customs clearance, or failure to gather on time), the relevant fees will not be refunded.
Flight delay/cancellation:
Communication: Please keep the phone number provided during booking available to receive calls, so the supplier or guide/driver can contact you if needed.
Safety and insurance: Please be mindful of personal and property safety. We strongly recommend purchasing travel accident insurance that covers trip interruptions, medical expenses, etc. Note that the travel agency's liability insurance has limited coverage.
Weather and force majeure: In case of severe weather, traffic control, natural disasters, or other force majeure factors that prevent services from being carried out or require adjustments, both parties shall negotiate a solution and handle fees based on the actual situation.
