How to use

After a successful booking, you will receive a booking confirmation from Trip.com (please note that you will still need to wait for the supplier's final confirmation).

The supplier will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the details, send the e-ticket, and provide other necessary information via WhatsApp.

If you do not receive confirmation one day before your use date, please contact customer support promptly.

Please arrive at the pick-up point on time as notified by the supplier. If you miss the reserved time, cancellations and refunds will not be available.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Passengers need to take off shoes before boarding Sleeper buses.
This activity provides group pick-up in other locations by shuttle bus, therefore pick up/drop off duration can be up to 1 hour.
For pick up/drop off, the operator use car/minivan for shuttle service to transfer customers to the office to board the big sleeping bus there. Pick up time is 15-45 mins before departure. Drop off time is 15-45 mins after arrival.
This activity is a shared transfer therefore the trip duration is approximate and might fluctuate due to external factors such as traffic, weather conditions, toilet break, etc.
Seat assignments are arranged based on real-time bus availability and may be random.
If you would like to know your assigned cabin or have a specific request, please contact HK Busline directly for assistance.
Pick up and drop off services are NOT available in these periods due to high traffic on holidays: Apr 29th - May 05th, Sep 01 - 05th, Dec 31st - Jan 04th.
For airport pick-up/drop-off, the times listed are ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) and ETD (Estimated Time of Departure).
Since our buses depart from the Old Quarter, actual timing may vary due to traffic and other factors. If you have selected airport pick-up or drop-off, please contact us right after receiving your confirmation email so we can give you the most up-to-date and accurate guidance.
Children aged 6+ will be charged the same rate as adults
Maximum of 1 standard piece of luggage and 1 handbag per person
