Reviews: Santiago Day Tour to the Andes Mountains + Inca Lagoon with Snacks Included

Very perfect travel experience! Although it is a group of 15 people, there are actually only three people, plus a guide and a driver, a group of five people. I came to the hotel directly early in the morning to pick you up. The whole journey was very comfortable. The tour guide Cristian was very serious and responsible. He would contact you one night in advance to tell you the precautions, and he would pick you up on time the next day. His language talent is invincible, the whole English, Spanish, Portuguese free switch, humorous. The driver Alex is honest and a little silent at first, maybe a little shy. But it is also a very good person, as considerate as Cristian, will take the initiative to help take pictures. So a person can also boldly hold a group solo trip, don't worry about no one helping to take pictures. The main attractions are the winery and the snow-capped mountains. They will also stop at a few points along the way, buy a cup of coffee, and take a photo in the bathroom. Not tired throughout. In Situ winery, the tour guide will give you a taste of local red wine intimately. If you want to buy it, you can buy it yourself. It tastes good and the price is affordable. Unfortunately, my luggage allowance is gone, so it is not convenient to bring wine. There is no sales or forced shopping throughout the whole process, even if you don't buy wine, it doesn't matter. There is an hour of free activity on the snow mountain. After the snow mountain, I will buy you a local specialty snack pie on the way back. It is very delicious. I chose cheese beef, which is very fragrant.

We had a really great time, the communication from our guide was on point. They even accommodated our request to be dropped at a location different from our pickup. Our guide Alondra was amazing and she even sent us recommendations about local things afterwards. Recommend the tour and def include the wine tasting.

Picked this tour as I had a short stay in Santiago and preferred something doable yet expansive in covering the city. Stefi was a great host who knew her way around as well as added a bit of humor as she chauffeured us across the city - made the tour all the more interesting. Appreciated her answering questions along the way and very much passionate about her job as a City Guide. While this was my solo trip, I plan to be back again with family and look forward to taking a longer tour with *** and hopefully will bump into her again!
