It was a wonderful travel experience in Hokkaido. Everyone in the group was very punctual, ensuring the trip proceeded smoothly without any delays. The tour guide provided a lot of explanations and reminders along the way. Since we were from various countries, the guide spoke Chinese, Japanese, and English, giving us guidance. This trip to the Panda Base was a truly wonderful experience, and I'm so grateful to our guide, Shanshan, and driver, Duojie!
Before the trip, Shanshan proactively and meticulously coordinated with us, confirming the meeting time and travel precautions. I also mentioned to her beforehand that our biggest wish for the trip was to see Hua Hua, even though Hua Hua wasn't on the regular itinerary, but she remembered it perfectly. Driver Duojie also patiently communicated with us about the departure time and meeting point. Their excellent pre-trip coordination made our whole family feel very reassured and at ease before the trip.
Driver Duojie drove smoothly and steadily, taking care of our family of five adults and one child, making the ride very comfortable.
Guide Shanshan was professional and patient, providing engaging explanations and demonstrating a deep familiarity with the Panda Base's layout. To help us achieve our goal of seeing Hua Hua, she specially planned the optimal route and made sure we got to the viewing points quickly. In the end, we not only saw the Hua Hua we had been longing to see, but also the adorable red pandas—we basically saw all the animals we wanted to see on this trip! The tour was well-planned, catering to the physical needs of both the elderly and children, with a well-balanced pace that ensured a comfortable and fulfilling experience.
The tour guide and driver worked seamlessly together, anticipating our extra requests and exceeding our expectations, creating unforgettable memories. Highly recommended!★

I stumbled upon the Vung Tau tour on the Trip.com app and decided to give it a try... The pickup vehicle arrived on time, and I traveled with people from the US, China, Korea, and Vietnam. Since only half the total capacity of the vehicle was occupied, there was plenty of space... The English-speaking guide was kind and enthusiastic... I was satisfied with the entire itinerary... Guide Seven, in particular, was excellent... Although it is a budget package tour from a foreigner's perspective, it was nonetheless the best value for money trip.★

Because I was traveling alone, I specifically requested a female guide, and Lin Yi, who was assigned to me, was incredibly enthusiastic and spoke fluent Mandarin, making communication smooth. She provided detailed introductions to the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, giving me a deeper understanding of ancient Egyptian culture. Since I was traveling alone, Lin Yi took many beautiful photos of me at the pyramids, which I loved! The entire itinerary was well-paced and comfortable, and the door-to-door pick-up and drop-off service was convenient and reassuring! ☀️☀️☀️
