Meet the staff at 7.00AM in front of McDonald's, next to Tonsai Pier in Koh Phi Phi. Show them your booking voucher.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 06:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 06:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

‣ Tour schedule might differ due to weather and sea conditions. This is out of the supplier's control.

You must arrange your own transport to Koh Phi Phi. An overnight stay is required before the tour due to limited transfers

‣ Rain in Southern Thailand is very unpredictable and can happen anytime, especially in the monsoon season from May until December. Even if it rains, the tour is guaranteed to happen if conditions are safe, and no refund will be granted. Rainfall is usually short and can stop anytime. If conditions are unsafe, the tour will be canceled and you can reschedule for another day or get a full refund

‣ This tour is sold out almost every day of the year. A maximum of 40 people can be accommodated on the biggest speedboat

‣ Maya Bay will always be visited as the first stop, regardless the tide. The highlight of this tour is to be the first one visiting the beach in the morning, to avoid the crowds.

Maya Bay will close every year in August and September due to nature preservation. At this time, the tour will spend longer at other spots
