Reviews: Shaxi Ancient Town 1-day tour (Business pure play 6–8 person small group + light hiking + Double 11 special offer)
Guest User2026-08-17
I traveled solo and I don't speak Chinese. Its quite a bummer that I don't understand the language because the driver would actually explain about the town a lot in Chinese while driving the van. But regardless its a nice trip, he picked us up at the hotel, drove to the town and gave us like 4 hours to roam around freely. Then picked us up again to drove us back to the hotel. The van is quite comfortable and feel safe. Very recommended if you're traveling solo and want a convenient trip. The driver will use Wechat to communicate with foreigner.

Reviews: Shaxi Ancient Town Private Tour for Foreign Tourists (Round Trip/Transfer Dali / Lijiang)
Guest User2026-09-17
The tour operator was prompt in contacting me after I made the reservation, and they were professional and helpful. Unfortunately I had to cancel my stop at Shaxi quite last minute since my mother injured her knee, but the team was prompt in assisting me to change it to a direct transfer from Dali to Lijiang instead so that we could arrive Lijiang earlier to rest. Thanks again!

The driver was fantastic! He drove very smoothly and was very patient the whole way. He even took me to stop at some scenic spots along the way. Thank you so much! Shibao Mountain is definitely worth a visit!
