I made the reservation after arriving in Siem Reap (the day before). After booking, our guide, Sarak, confirmed the pickup location, time, and advance ticket purchase details via WhatsApp, so I was able to arrive at the destination with peace of mind. On the day, I arrived with plenty of time to spare. After watching the sunrise, I was given detailed explanations of the history of the area as we toured the various sites, and I think he was a great guide. Everything was top-notch. All stages of preparation were brought to perfection. The guide is very charismatic and kind, cracks a lot of on-point jokes, constantly takes photos from the side, and they turn out to be very lively and interesting shots. The driver is very fast, and we had just enough time to relax without getting a chance to get bored. Overall rating: 100/10.
