This was my first time in Bali, and I especially want to commend the customer service representative for recommending so many unique Balinese attractions. She was incredibly helpful, adding us to the group chat promptly and replying to messages super fast! The local driver we contacted spoke English and picked us up around 2 PM, driving us for three hours to Lovina for our boat trip. Although we had to get up early, the sunrise from the boat was breathtaking, and we actually saw a lot of dolphins. It's definitely worth the trip and I highly recommend it.

This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience! Our driver Martin was punctual, arriving right on time at 2AM and staying with us all the way until 4PM. We managed to visit 6 locations in one day, and his driving skills made the whole trip smooth and comfortable. He also communicated very well, which made everything easy and stress-free. A special thanks as well to Sute for our Mount Batur sunrise jeep experience. He was very well-prepared, an excellent photographer, and made sure we had the best views and memories. We also went to Kintamani Highlands to see the black lava rocks—such a unique experience! Sute is a skilled 4x4 driver and even has great music taste—you can really vibe with him during the ride. Highly recommended! 🙌

I was traveling alone and was a little nervous about how everything would go, but this tour exceeded all expectations. The team was incredibly kind, attentive, and caring—I felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire trip. The sunrise jeep tour to Gunung Batur was simply stunning: the sunrise views were unforgettable, the atmosphere was magical. After sunrise, we visited a cafe in Kintamani with a stunning view of the volcano and lake—the perfect end to the trip. Everything was perfectly organized, unhurried, and with attention to detail. I highly recommend this tour, especially for solo travelers—you'll definitely feel cared for and welcomed.
