Rainy day cancellation policy

If the game cannot continue due to severe weather, the golf course's rain check policy must be followed.

If you play fewer than 9 holes, you can receive a rain check promo code for the 18-hole green fee.

Please apply at the Pro Shop.

1. Before playing ball

• Even if it rains before departure, you must still go to the stadium.
• Failure to arrive at the scheduled time will be considered a no-show. To avoid a no-show, please inform the Pro Shop upon your arrival at the golf course.
• If the rain stops during the waiting period, play will proceed as usual. If the rain persists, rain checks (promo codes) or refunds will be issued according to the golf course's policy.
• Attention! Even if it rains, if the venue determines the game can still proceed, refunds or rain checks may not be available.

2. Playing ball

• If play is interrupted by rain after starting, most golf courses generally do not offer refunds.
• Some golf courses may issue rain checks or partial refunds based on the number of holes completed.
• The above policies may vary by golf course. Please refer to the specific rain check policy of the course you're using.

3. Notes for collecting rain checks

• If the golf course agrees to issue rain checks, please proactively request and collect them from the course.
• Please confirm the validity period and usage instructions upon collection.

Refund considerations when applicable

• If the golf course indicates a refund is possible, please confirm the staff member's name and contact us through the 1:1 message board.
• It's common for staff to verbally state that "cancellation is possible," but in reality, only cancellation is allowed without a refund.
• Please provide the staff name and your contact information, and we will confirm the details and get back to you.
• Please do not leave the court before receiving our response.

1–2 players per court

• This booking accepts 1–2 passengers.
• Depending on reservations and on-site availability, you may be scheduled to play alone or in a group on the same day.
