What's included

Guide commentary service fee

Guide admission tickets not included (most attractions offer free entry for guides, subject to attraction regulations), guide meal subsidies not included (a 30 CNY per meal subsidy may be provided if dining together is inconvenient). For multi-day tours across different locations, guide accommodation must be arranged or a 150 CNY per night accommodation subsidy provided.

How to use

1. After placing an order, our professional customer support will contact you for one-on-one itinerary recommendations and guide arrangements.

2. You'll receive a confirmation SMS from Trip.com after your booking is successfully placed.

Your tour guide will call you by 8:00 PM (local time) the day before departure to confirm the meeting time and location. Please ensure your phone is reachable. For same-day bookings, our staff will contact you by 12:00 PM - please keep your phone available. If you haven't received contact by these times, please call the emergency contact number provided in your confirmation message or reach out to customer support.

On the day of your trip, please gather at the meeting point before the scheduled time (we recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early) with the reserved traveler's name + valid ID (ID card/Entry-Exit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau/passport, etc.).

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 22:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 22:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Product Description

This product can be booked independently. After booking, a guide will be arranged to contact you. The guide package includes guided tour services. If the tour exceeds the scheduled time, you can pay an additional fee to extend the guided tour duration (50 CNY per hour).

Please take care of your personal belongings and avoid carrying valuables if possible. You will be responsible for any loss or damage during the trip.

3. Travelers are advised not to leave the group without permission during the trip and to follow the guide's instructions to ensure their safety.

Service notice:

Professional tour guide commentary service without vehicle (walking tour). If guests have their own vehicle, they can arrange a meeting point to pick up the guide. For guests without vehicles, both parties need to meet at the agreed location.

The guide will communicate with guests about the departure location or time. Depending on the off-peak/peak travel season or special circumstances, the departure location or time may vary. Guests can either insist on their preferred departure time or follow the guide's recommendations, with the final decision subject to mutual agreement. Please ensure thorough communication and preparation in advance. We appreciate your understanding.

During the actual service of this product, the tour guide may make appropriate adjustments or suggestions to your itinerary (such as changing the order of visiting attractions/venues or adjusting the assembly time) based on weather, traffic conditions, etc., to ensure a smooth experience—without reducing the total service duration. Please discuss and agree on any changes with the tour guide in advance. The standard service duration is 8 hours. If you choose to end the tour or commentary early, the service will be considered complete, and no partial refund will be issued for unused service time.
