I liked how it was a tour at my own pace. Very educational on Latvian history and commerce. I can’t believe the basement is the original 1300’s construction 😳 I love history, touring old spaces, and learning about new things so great tour for anyone that also checks those boxes.

Emil was great. His English was great and he was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of historical background on Latvia. Everything was on our pace and allowed us to ask as many questions as we liked. The only suggestion we have is that since the tour was private, it would have been better if our guide had met us at our cruise ship rather than us trying to find him in an unfamiliar city
