Cheren is the woman owner of this tour company and she does a great job as tour guide & driver. She obviously is passionate and intimately knowledgeable about her town and the area around it. This tour is fantastic for at least a dozen photo ops from on high and all around the town. Having said that, a little morr variety to include some historical or other perspectives would be of added benefit during the 3 hour tour. We had 10 people on this tour in her van, we were all very comfortable with frequent stops including bathroom breaks.

The itinerary description and the actual itinerary differed. The entire trip mentioned meeting at a specific point, but no one contacted us to explain the details, leaving us to explore on our own, which was quite confusing. Fortunately, the scenery was beautiful and fantastic.

A trip to the Whitsunday Islands isn't complete without a sunset cruise—it's so relaxing! The food on board was so-so, but the scenery was absolutely stunning!

The main reason for the trip was to see the scenery, but the helicopter ride was incredibly hot and humid, and we spent an hour in the sun. We also didn't see the legendary heart-shaped reef, which was quite disappointing. The speedboat ride was just a bit windy. The only worthwhile part was the view from the white sand beach viewpoint; climbing up was tiring but incredibly beautiful. A special reminder: the sea conditions here are complex. Two people were swept away by waves while swimming that day, and we later saw them receiving CPR, which was very distressing. Please, please don't blindly go into the water. Enjoy the scenery; your life is the most important thing!


