We loved the tour; it's a must-do if you're going to New York to understand and learn more about the city and its contrasts. Our guide, Nando, was fantastic, very friendly and attentive. However, one small suggestion is that they should tell you how long you can stay at each stop beforehand. We weren't notified, and the stops, especially the Joker's Steps, were very short. We couldn't even take a picture because our group was already leaving, and we almost didn't realize it because we only saw people from our bus. At no point was the guide present, nor were we told that we were leaving. At each stop, we simply had to keep an eye on the other people on the bus to make sure we had to leave. In fact, many times we got back to the bus even before we were supposed to leave because we were afraid they would leave without us. If we had known how much time we had from the beginning, it would have been much better.★
