We hiked along the slopes of Etna with Lorenzo, an exceptional person, very knowledgeable and very friendly. He accompanied us and encouraged us along the climb, explaining the various craters and volcanic events. When we reached the panoramic viewpoint, we stayed longer than expected to admire the eruptions in the warmth of the evening. A magical experience, highly recommended.★

I actually enjoyed my trip very much. The mount Etna was inaccessible due to heavy snowfall. It was very windy , and cold, we’ve spent 2 hrs at the bar where we’ve met a lovely family who recommended a few more trips for our holiday. So we did enjoy the stop nonetheless. Taormina is stunning, we’ve loved the shopping and streets. Beautiful. My only advice to the company would be to have a good procedure in place when things do go wrong. We had to wait for an hour as one of the cars broken down. You could tell people to have an extra hour in Taormina or leave just one driver waiting for the replacement car ( especially as family didn’t mind to wait). As much as I didn’t mind waiting at all but people tend to be disappointed with things like that and it spoils the trip - which is sad, because it was actually pretty good activity overall…★

We had a fantastic day with our guide, Richard, who took us around to Savoca and Forza d'Agrò & Castello Degli Schiavi. He had to call the owner to get us into the Castello which was the highlight of our tour. The owner was so nice and made sure we had plenty of pictures. We loved every moment and would highly recommend this tour. ★
