The service was pleasant, but the bus was still in a rather dilapidated state.

I did the 12-day trek to Everest Base Camp with Raju in mid-October, and it was a truly wonderful experience and a fantastic memory of being in the mountains, far from everything, surrounded by the highest peaks in the world and Sherpa villages (where you can eat very well in the evenings, warming up by the stove). Raju was very attentive, accommodating, careful, and hospitable throughout the entire trek. I had the opportunity to meet his family and also visit Pokhara (Poon Hill) with him to see the sunrise over the Annapurnas. Raju is also a man who simply finds joy in walking in the mountains. Let yourself be swept away with him; he knows all the trails and peaks and will amaze you!
