The trip was well-organised, starting and finishing on time. Our bus driver/tour guide, Russel, demonstrated his superb expertise by blending great driving and comprehensive local knowledge, with subtle humour and wit. The Milford Sound cruise and buffet lunch continued along this vein, making the trip a wonderful experience. While the overall coach conditions were satisfactory, more seat cushioning would improve comfort levels, given the extended times of the return trip. Well Done.★

We really enjoyed the bus trip there with our driver Shailendra who was very informative, insightful and fun. The cruise had some beautiful scenery despite the weather not being as good. The bus ride home was very long and quite a long day on the whole was the only downside for us but enjoyable experience on the whole.★

My friend and I were the only 2 people on the tour that day and it was indeed a great express experience of Maori culture and the local wineries! Joe was passionate and funny, always cracking a joke or two along the way, and shared a lot about local history and culture as well as insight into the 2 wineries we went to (Aitken's Folly and Rippon). The staff/owners we met at the wineries were nice and explained the different wines / the region well too. Would love to try the longer wine tour if there's a next time as Joe told us that he would drive out to further regions for more varieties of wine experiences! Would recommend to anyone coming to the region :)★
