The customer service was proficient and arranged very quickly. The driver also worked very hard. Thanks for the arrangement. We flew from Bali to Surabaya specifically to see the volcano, just for Bromo. After setting off from the city at 23:00, we arrived at the top of the mountain. In order to see the starry sky, we waited for a while on the top of the mountain early. Even with the thick clothes we rented, we still felt a little cold. The clouds and mist slowly dissipated at sunrise, and we finally saw the volcano itself at dawn. When we came, we were still worried that we would not be able to see it due to fog. It really felt like a super spectacular painting. The horizontal screen of the mobile phone could not capture it in full. The surround photography was worth the several hours of waiting. Fortunately, we came. The volcano was still hot, and many people came to check in. The experience this night was very cool. After the driver and we arrived at the top of the mountain, he took a break and took us to the observation deck. We went to the highest point to wait, and the wind was whistling.★

Bromo volcano is so shocking! In the early morning, I climbed to the top to see the magnificent sunrise sea of clouds, and the crater was smoky, like being in a different world. The itinerary is reasonable, the experience is good, the absolute value of this trip★

The agency had great flexibility to accommodate my special needs. At the end of the trip, someone from the group wanted to leave so she could head to another attraction nearby, the tour guide paid extra care to make sure she wasn’t left alone in the remote area of Mt Bromo. So the trip met every basic expectation of mine. If anything, one of the jeep trip we took had a heavy gasoline smell, which made the part of journey unbearable; but it’s a matter of luck coz the other jeep we had was perfectly neat and scent free.★

This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^★

The speedboat trip from Bali to Lembongan Island took about 40 minutes and departed quite punctually. The ride wasn't too bumpy. However, upon arriving at the South Island pier, you need to wade across the water. Since we had children with us, the boat staff kindly helped carry them to the beach; the service was quite good.★

The itinerary was professional and reasonable. The driver had excellent mountain driving skills. The guide was very considerate and enthusiastic, and he also took the initiative to help us find the best shooting positions. The feeling of riding a jeep through the vast sea of sand was so cool, as if I had landed on an alien planet. Standing in the crater, listening to the roar from the ground and watching the sulfur smoke rising from the cracks, this experience is unique and very satisfying. It deserves praise.
