This trip from Nagoya to Shirakawa-go and Takayama was a fantastic experience. Our guide, Zhang Jing, provided detailed explanations of the sights, making them crystal clear – very reliable! The car took us directly to the observation deck, allowing for a relaxed and enjoyable trip. The guide also recommended the Magome & Tsumago route, which is definitely worth checking out. Our guide on this route, Ms. Shu Ming, was incredibly kind and talkative! Both guides on both routes were excellent – a truly enriching experience and highly recommended.★

Slowly walk to Sakurayama Hachiman Shrine. The stone steps are serene, ancient trees reach for the sky, and a gentle breeze sends cherry blossoms fluttering down, so quiet you can only hear your own footsteps. Our tour guide, Liu, proactively added us to the group chat the day before the trip to remind us of important travel tips, which was very thoughtful. The 8:20 AM meeting point was perfect; we were comfortable sleeping and eating on the bus throughout the journey. Before arriving at each attraction, the guide gently woke us up and provided a bilingual (Chinese/Japanese) introduction to the key points of the visit, making it a hassle-free tour. I was delighted to experience my first and second snowfalls with my child in the Takayama and Gassho-zukuri villages, but unfortunately, the rain and snow made it incredibly cold, limiting the number of beautiful photos we could take.★
