Everything worked well with the Naples Pass. The Pompeii audio guide is not recommended at all. Herculaneum was great, with good audio guides.

Absolutely loved our tour guide ( Connie) and our driver( Giovani). Good time management of day and adequate time in each stop. HOWEVER.... there was a Major disconnect about convenient pickup location, knowledge of cruise ship name or even that we were cruisers. After providing our specific information at your request, World Tours seemed to be completely unaware of our details. It was impossible to make it to pick up location by 8 am, when we weren't even allowed to disembark until 8 am. If tour is advertised " FOR CRUISERS ", then more familiarity with details of tour participants is essential. Others on our tour were unable to do the complete tour they'd booked, due to the fact that their tour had to leave without them. ( they were not successfully notified by phone)
