From Trieste: Ljubljana and Lake Bled

In the morning we will explore Ljubljana, the lively Slovenian capital where history and modernity meet at every corner. Our guided tour of Ljubljana will take us through picturesque streets, bustling squares, iconic bridges, postcard-perfect views and hidden corners full of curiosity. At the end, about one hour of free time to have lunch in one of the vibrant city center restaurants.

In the early afternoon we will depart for Lake Bled, the fairytale Alpine Pearl of Slovenia. We will stroll along its shores, admiring Bled Island, the only island in Slovenia, with its characteristic Gothic church. Those who wish can independently visit Bled Castle, perched on a hill with breathtaking views over the valley, or enjoy the free time to taste a slice of Kremšnita, the traditional Slovenian dessert, while admiring the turquoise waters of the lake.

At the end of the visit, return to Trieste
