I'm a European exchange student living in Germany. Knowing that I could conveniently travel to other countries by train, I purchased a Eurail Pass. At the time, there was a promotional discount of about 20%, so I got it for about €100 less. I was very satisfied with the price. Lovely place with a lot of people in the summer, amazing lake with a lot of cafe’s around the lake.
Really nice for a bike ride, approx 50km around the lake and you can stop for a bath in the lake on several places so bring your bathing clothes.
A walk in the old town in the evening is really amazing, but be prepared that’s it’s a lot of people.
