I joined this tour when planning my first trip to Austria as a graduation trip. ✈️ It was safer than going to Hallstatt on my own, and most importantly, the tour guide and staff were very kind and helpful, so I felt at ease. We had about two hours of free time in Hallstatt, which was just the right length. In Salzburg, we had a brief guided tour for the first few minutes, followed by free time. Both guides explained things in relatively simple English, which even a Japanese person like me could understand. 🙌🏻 I joined with a friend this time, but if I have the chance to visit Austria again, I'd like to join with my partner or family!★

Note that it's more expensive to buy on trip.com vs buying on the counter itself but it might be more convenient given it's denominated in local currency. It's very worth it to buy the card since the attractions covered more than offset the cost of the card. Note you need to go tourist info counter to collect the salzburg card which will be activated only after you visited your first attraction★

Everything was perfect. The bus was very comfortable, the driver impeccable, and the guide was also very attentive and her narration engaging. The excursion to the castles was like something out of a fairytale: the entire landscape was covered in snow, and the castle visits were beautiful. It's a shame that photography wasn't allowed, but everything was stunning. I highly recommend it.★

Everything was wonderful at Linderhof and Neuschwanstein castle! Our guide Dimitri was knowledgeable and very informative with many helpful tips. We decide to take a steep hike to Mary’s viewing bridge and the views were amazing! Highly recommend tour with Gray Line. 😇👍★

My friend Mariana and I had an incredible experience with Olaf as our tour guide. He was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. His voice was very soothing and professional, he gave us a history of both castles and made it feel like a very calm and lovely podcast. He made sure we were on time for everything and handled us like we were family. Because of him we would definitely book the tour all over again. Also, our bus driver was the best! Very friendly and the hospitality given to us made us feel so safe and in harmony.
