If a cancellation request is submitted after 08:15 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

For non-EU citizens, a valid PASSPORT is required to cross the Swiss border, while EU citizens only need an original ID card.
Clients must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. In case of delay, no refunds will be provided.
In case of adverse weather conditions, high lake levels, or safety reasons, the private boat may be replaced with public transportation.
Itineraries may be modified or operated in reverse for operational reasons, without affecting the overall tour experience.
