Fantastic Tuscany tour covering Siena, San Gimignano, and Pisa - well organized with the perfect mix of guided insights and free time. Patricia was engaging and knowledgeable, making the experience truly enjoyable. A special thanks to Emma, who went above and beyond to help us catch our train from Florence - guiding us with taxis, train station details, and timings. We would have missed it without her support. Also, big appreciation to the bus driver (didn’t catch the name!) for an incredibly smooth and comfortable ride throughout. Highly recommended - great team and a memorable experience!

It's convenient to buy tickets in advance and quickly go to the ticket office for authentication. I visited at the end of March, so the tourist influx wasn't that high. I still found it convenient to have peace of mind knowing I already had everything under control. I would recommend checking the cathedral's opening hours (Masses and public hours) and the opening hours of other facilities so you can better organize your tour.

The meeting point was easy to find. I received a very friendly and helpful welcome from the Crown Tours guide. Thank you, she was extremely competent. The tour of the Uffizi Gallery was fantastic. A bit of a wait at security is normal with so many visitors. It was also quite crowded in front of the famous paintings. Overall, a very worthwhile tour that is simply a must-do when visiting Florence.

We arrived early. The lovely assistant got us on an earlier tour. She gave us a free bottle of water each as it was a warm day. She was soo lovely and helpful.
