I bought this for my trip to Taiwan. It's a round-trip train ticket (actually a token) from Taoyuan Airport to Taipei. I showed the voucher at an exchange counter near Taoyuan Airport Station and they exchanged it for the ticket. So, I didn't need to speak any language, which was great... I also received a coupon at that time, but I didn't know how to use it, so I didn't use it.★

Absolutely delightful. I bought it for Turkey. The connection was simple; I connected to Turkcell myself. The signal was great everywhere, and the internet was stable. It lasted more than a week. One downside: I never received a confirmation SMS for my travel card, but we solved the problem another way. SMS was included in the package, though. The number was French, and they called several times.★

I was able to book a lounge access for my nephew using trip coins at Plaza Premium at Taoyuan Airport Terminal 2. Unfortunately the main Plaza Premium Lounge was under renovation so we were directed to a makeshift lounge. The food was amazing and my nephew thoroughly enjoyed the minced meat and rice and stir fry noodles, and we loved the chicken soup too! Hopefully we can use the main lounge next time we visit Taiwan!
