Overall, fantastic! Excellent service, great value for money, and a wonderful experience. I joined a Ctrip Iceland tour for several days, which covered almost all the classic Icelandic routes. It was well worth the price. The customer service representatives were very friendly. I contacted them in advance to inform them of all the important details. The trip went smoothly and successfully. I'm extremely satisfied! 👍★

The entire flight trip was excellent value, but the so-called overseas service representative from Ctrip was completely clueless and inexplicably contacted me a day in advance to ask if I wanted to change it to the day before. When I asked if round-trip transfers were included, she only told me to check the helicopter service provider's confirmation and call the airport myself to confirm. Booking on the helicopter website would have the same price, and I wouldn't have needed this unnecessary intermediary. I don't understand why Ctrip provides such an unnecessary service.★

Elding is relatively expensive, and the local time is long.
Even on cloudy or rainy days, whales can still be seen.
