Amazing visit. Communication from organiser and driver was excellent. Option for packed lunch was a nice touch. Very early start 6.20am but pick up location wasn't far from hotel and it meant we were back in town by 12.30. Entrance was swift made easy by the driver organising our group and tour guide was excellent.★

From pick up to drop off, we were well looked after. The driver was friendly on time and spoke brilliant english, he contacted us the day before to give us info on pick up times and if we required a packed lunch (at an additional cost) which was not expensive and more than enough for how long we were there. The tour itself was brilliant. The guide was great, very informative, and knowledgeable. She really brought home the story of what happened at Auschwitz and Birkenau. She was more than happy to answer any questions. The experience overall I would recommend to everyone★

We did the Auschwitz- Birkenau trip in May this year, Our trip was very well organised from collection from our hotel in Krakow to our return. Our tour guide was excellent, he was very professional and spoke very good English. People should be aware that this trip involves a lot of walking and there are quite a few stairs to climb especially during the Auschwitz part of the tour, the walkways are also uneven.
On arrival we were give our ticket by our driver, we were told we needed passports or photo ID to gain entry and were to be searched. It’s just like going through airport security and not a problem.★

Great way to explore the beautiful zakopane mountains, plenty of free time to explore local markets etc. Lukas the guide was a top bloke and very knowledgeable. Would recommend!!!★
