The trails are great and it is awesome they provide a bike trailer for young kids. The total amount of time biking was about 1.5 hours, which is a little dissapointing given the trails into Queenstown are under construction and the ride ends at 2pm if you plan to be picked up because the long distance of the return.★

Captain Luke was very enthusiastic and fun, and the female driver who picked us up was also very energetic. The directions were clear throughout, but Milford Sound really depends on the weather. This tour is best enjoyed from the plane; Milford Sound in sunny weather is just average. Seeing Milford Sound in the rain is best done with luck or by car. After all, flying and rainy Milford Sound conflict (weather).★

Ticket collection went smoothly, all arrangements were very thoughtful, the island environment was beautiful, the restaurant food was better than expected, with a wide variety of choices, and the taste was better than I imagined. Highly recommended!★
