If a cancellation request is submitted before 08:30, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 08:30 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

- This is a bus tour, however, if minimum passenger numbers are not met for the bus, this tour will operate as a guided trolley & walking experience using the Niagara Parks Scenic Trolley. Your journey concludes at one of the signature attractions — guests may stay longer to explore the park or take the trolley back to the starting point.

- Tour may switch to walking/trolley format if minimum guests not met

- Moderate walking required; wear comfortable shoes

- Maid of the Mist boat cruise operates seasonally (May–November). An alternative experience will be provided during the off-season.

- Itinerary may vary based on attractions' timing and availability

- Children must be accompanied by an adult and may require additional travel documentation.

- Tour runs rain or shine; bring weather-appropriate gear

- Guests may remain at final stop to explore further
