Heidelberg is a beautiful city. Alongwith the castle enjoyed visiting the downtown market area. Ride was comfortable and we were back in Frankfurt in time. the guide was knowledgeable and we enjoyed our time on this tour!

Our guide, Hagar, was very knowledgeable with the history and key attractions of the Heidelberg Altstadt so we learned a lot from her. She was also able to present these in a very interesting manner, and adapted it based on our group. I would highly recommend booking this tour for anyone who would like to get a feel of the city and learn new things along the way.

As with most all castles, a must see and visit adventure. Put your walking shoes on, you'll need them! Lots of cobblestones and the the castle itself will take your breath away. You'll also see the world's "largest wine barrel"... go with a guide to get all the stories behind the history...ie; the windows, etc.
