Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 08:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 08:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
If you do not see any whales on your journey, you can book another trip for free directly with the activity provider. However, a second trip does not include pickup and drop-off
Refunds will not be given if whales are not sighted during the special introductory rate time frame
