The bus windows were fogged up, making it difficult to see. Even wiping them several times didn't help, which was a real shame.

Basically, go to one of the bus stops to have your reservation converted into a voucher. Only with these vouchers can you then go to the Belvedere and Shombrung ticket offices to get your tickets... and it's not guaranteed that you'll be able to get them for the same day.

Even with a time slot, visiting Schönbrunn in a group was too crowded. The bus tour: explanations in two languages were tiring. The guide wanted to explain more than she had time for. A plus for the guide: she made clear arrangements!
